We have this massive internet in front of us. While it's so vast. There are still many corners that haven't been filled. Experiences where, If we need help we can't look to the internet for advice.

Sometimes when I need advice. I type in my issue on Google. And look for it. Unfortunately, sometimes I'm unable to find an answer to my problem. Sometimes I just want to read an experience that someone else has been through that is similar to my own, And I cannot do that. By blogging about your life, You can help others get through problems that you've had at one point. You can use Steemit to change the lives of others.
Important for sales
If you have a business, Blogging can help you get sales. By giving away a ton of free content, your consumers at some point may feel a debt to you, When you offer your books Or your programs for others at a price. They will be more likely to purchase your product because you helped them at some point.
You can help people understand
Sometimes when you search for things, They are too confusing. You can read the same article 10x and not understand. So sure, To an extent, blogging is "rewriting." But this rewriting can allow you to write it in a way that confused people can understand.
Influence People
If you don't like a law or the way people do things, Blogging can help encourage people to go your route. Lately, I've noticed a lot of things on Male circumcision. Many people have been blogging about the negative effects, and with it, all being shared on social media, A few years ago, This seemed to be something that many parents didn't' think about. They just had it done to their son. Blogging, Is helping change people's perception on this. Blogging can change the world. Most people won't read a blog post on a Facebook status, But they'll gladly go the main blog to read more.
Anyone Can Blog
The beauty of blogging is that everyone can do it if your rich and famous you can blog. If your not well known you can also blog. And you can blog about whatever you want! Especially on Steemit. With everyone being allowed to blog, This adds diversity to our opinions and our ability to share with the world.

I like how you say there are many corners of the Internet that still aren't filled. My Steemit post that showed how to identify and cook the Insidious Gomphidius mushroom (Gomphisius oregonensis) was the first one on the Internet that I can find. Nobody had gotten to that far, far corner of the Internet yet, lol.
