Be nice - talk about lack of respect

in #life4 years ago

It is common in today's world as it has been for century's, that people target anyone who is different.
Even tho we progressed from burning people on the stakes and witch trials, we ultimately didn't grow much.
I guess normal mentality and common sense are just words for some.
I read an article about a bullying crises that's happening with todays generation. To be clear it always was a crises, but why can't just we all leave in peace. I blame parents and lack of information. If my kid was treating others poorly, he would quickly learn how my view of that is. I don't make difference because someone looks different or like's something that I don't, I make it based of peoples energy, and that is - I like you or I'm sorry I don't, always respecting other's till they disrespect me.
It is debatable, that people treat others badly because they are not happy with them self, envy, insecure, or just see a rival in them. Like in animal kingdom, aaa now I get it, most of them didn't evolve to the end. Makes sense, talking monkeys or even better, I have a right photo for this

Second, people are just not informed, and good part does not even try.
If you never had heard of Lizzie Velasquez, she is an American motivational speaker, activist, author, and YouTuber. She was born with an extremely rare congenital disease called Marfanoid–progeroid–lipodystrophy syndrome that, among other symptoms, prevents her from accumulating body fat and gaining weight. She became a tik tok trend because of a parents who were showing her pic to their kids pretending that they are talking to her via video, to actually record how their kids would react on her appearance. I was horrified by this trend and it is disturbing, making a "funny" trend based of someone's disease. Man where the f are we going?! How is that okay, who said to these people that making fun, disrespect and belittle anyone but especially the sick ones is okay. That's just messed up.
Also found a great movie that aired in 2019 with this theme

It's called : The True Adventures of Wolfboy
and I think it is great example of how people are lack informed and picking on the ones that are different from them

Will things change? I can only hope so, I leave by the rule of being nice and killing them with kindness, but people keep pushing.
To respect other, you first need to respect your self and nature.
I drink for the world where "not normal" and "different" will evaporate, and will all just be nice to each other.
So remember, just be nice. ❤
Stay Safe everyone ✌

Most of the time people's enjoy this bullying and disrespect to thers, think they make fun and make a sensenof humour. But actually they are ignore themselves as a human being, they are playing with the emotions of someone. The recommendations movie will be in my list fir later watching.

I totally agree, bullies are usually completely cowardly pieces of shite hiding behind things to hit you at what they think are vulnerable points and almost all of them are so obsessed with their own image of being "better" that they have no ability to stand back and see they are total wankers and basically anyone with any ethics sees that. Great read
