I kept smiling reading this post through. Sometimes I believe we overpower and overburden our brain capability with anxiety and thoughts that could be avoided. Honestly I've been in such a scenario before when you know you are both uncomfortable and can't figure out exactly what the problem is at the same time. Some solutions to our problems don't look like it until we give it a try. Mind doctors are great indeed. Accurate understanding of self psychology is also important. Thanks for sharing this. It's a mind boost for me.
