Today is the day!
I'm handing over my laptop and keys. Work officially over!
I'll be heading over to the office soon. Handing over my stuff, saying goodbye to whoever is there today. Then, I'll have a goodbye lunch with my team, which is nice. I've hardly spoken to them this last half year and even before then, we had the whole working from home thing. So it'll be good to have a proper goodbye, seeing them one last time.
I'm not sad today. Sure, things could have gone different. I could have tried to stick with it, getting over this burnout while re-integrating at work. It would have been a bad summer and I still would have ended up quiting, because the job just wasn't a good fit for me. Saying goodbye now is better.
I had good times with my co-workers. They are nice people and with the small business, you basically know everyone. It was a nice and positive atmosphere. Everyone working towards the same goal, and having a little fun while doing so.
This was my third real job, so from experience, I now know that it's definitely possible to find a new, good and friendly workplace. And hey, until then, Hive is my 'workplace' and what a nice one it is! I always get to work from home, pick my own hours and have conversations with people from all over the world!
The weather is funny and fitting. It's been cold and rainy for a while now and today is no different. Starting tomorrow though, it'll pick up. It'll be warmer this weekend and afterwards. Less to no rain. It's like, after today, my freedom begins and the weather is going along for the ride. A sunny freedom!

I am Hungarian. I live in Hungary.
I have multiple disabilities.
I receive a low (approximately $250 USD) pension-like income.
Nowadays I work in a 4 hours part time job.
The minimum wage is approximately $550 USD per month, but my income does not reach that.
I believe that everyone has the right for the minimum wage, that is why it is called minimum, but the government thinks otherwise. And there are many people in similar (or even in much worse) situations. Many people either leave the country, or simply commit suicide (kill themselves).
This is why I try to focus on the money.
I would really love to work in a different country of the EU for a proper (at least minimum wage) salary. I know Hungarian and English.
Do you have any suggestions?
You are in a tough position and I'm honestly not the best person to ask for advice on this, because I've never had to dig my way out of a personal financial crisis. I have no disabilities. All I am is an introvert in an extravert world who's highly sensitive and needs enough rest (and being hsp also has benefits). I live in a rich country and I have a good head on my shoulders which is reflected in my education. I have work experience in IT, which is a field with many opportunities. I have it easy enough. If need be, I can find a job with my good resume and until then, my husband can provide and my savings are a good backup.
My first suggestion would always be to figure out if there's a bigger job opportunity for you in your own country. If not, look at your education and skills and check if there are working from home job opportunities in your field (like IT). Some companies do have employees in other countries. Be realistic though, what do you have to offer that many other job applicants do not? If you know that, use it! If that doesn't work, you can check sites like... Upwork I think it was, but I don't think it's easy to get a job there when you're just starting out.
You can make some extra money doing things online, like you're doing on Hive. I've looked at stuff like Fiverr, but I don't have any marketable skills for it. For me, Hive works best, combined with some crypto trading. I also sell my designs on Redbubble and Vida, but that income isn't much at all.
My way to provide without having a job will again be blogging on Hive. It's just the easiest way for me, but that's partially because I worked hard to build up my account back in the Steemit days. It's not impossible for you either, but yeah, I wrote about that in my other reply to you :-)
Since I do not have any skills, and the salaries in my country are low, I think that I may stay with the Hive blockchain.
Yes, and financial discrimination. That is what the government of Hungary do with disabled and pensioner people. Some foreigners say that this country nowadays is a dictatorship. They are right. And no one do anything against the dictator.
