this picture is all about the ark going to ilocos norte, this province is really amazing because a lot of historical stories. lets have all about ilocos norte province. spanish time when the spaniards came, there are existed an extensive region which was renowned for its gold mines. china and japan came as merchants and they trade goods from the filipinos in here. the people called their place as "samtoy" means our place as they considered as their language. year 1972, spanish colonization to that place is never be completely successful. their products are basi (sugar cane wine) and tobacco were were monopolized by the government resulted to be uprised. through royal decree in February 2, 1818, ilocos norte was born, due to conflicts still ilocos norte making the best historical spots , good buildings, roads and other resorts.
