One of my favorite activies in spring is to plant seeds and see the first plants begin to pop up as the days are getting warmer. We still have some nights where it is below freezing temperature here, but these plants will soon be ready to go outside.
This year we have planted chili, a few different types of tomatoes, snow peas, lettuce and pumpkins, and I'm already excited to harvest them. But that's still months away from now.
