The WSJ reports that President Trump fired Pam Bondi just before a speech on the Iran war. While I don't think anyone deserved to serve as the US Attorney General less than Pam Bondi, who was apoplectic testifying before Congress about the lack of law enforcement regarding the voluminous evidence of horrific crimes in the Epstein files, I do not want this to let Trump and Bondi avoid facing charges for their crimes.
All too often resignations or being fired lets people off the hook. Bondi needs to twist on that hook until she is convicted of aiding and abetting in the abuses revealed in the Epstein files. She wasn't the first AG to do so, but I want her to be the last, and not to get away with it. IMHO she has demonstrated her guilt up to 50,000, just like the stonk market.
Todd Blanche the white washing fake interrogator of Ghislaine Maxwell that reportedly earned her a puppy and a roomy suite that is rumored to be in a jail of some kind, is taking over as interim AG.

No. Like many narcissists, she was aiding and abetting power to gain benefits for herself. She was long involved in Florida, where Epstein and Trump both had centers of power. While she was not Florida's Attorney General when Epstein was first arrested and given the keys to the jail, she was the next Attorney General, and there is no doubt she was fully on board with the vile excesses of the powerful that continued unabated during her tenure there. As US Attorney General she has blatantly and loyally served that power, preventing any charges or prosecutions of the guilty parties involved in the depraved rapine, torture, and murder that seems to have most entertained billionaires of late.
The shell of appearance horrific evil indwells, for example Lucifer, the Morning Light, is a trap. Find you a woman ugly on the outside who's beauty inside shines through to brighten your life as only a good woman can.

Maybe they do. Maybe they can't pick out which pants to put on in the morning, whether or not to brush their teeth, or anything without being told by a boss to do it. But, maybe they do rule themselves and don't even realize it. Maybe a lot of people were just raised this way and never really thought about if it is the right way to do things, and maybe when SHTF they'll think about it and wish they'd thought about it soon enough to do something about it before SHTF.
