Entry to the ticket is available through subscription on an end of year basis.
All subscription must be paid to the end of the year.
A subscription is 0.25 HIVE per week (X weeks to the end of the year).

I hope we do get lucky toward the end of the year, I was able to reach my 10,000 HP year end goal yesterday, so hopefully one more lucky thing to happen before years end.
