This is a beautiful day as we welcome #marketfriday in a different style. On this day every week, we share the beauty of the market that we find ourselves every weekend. Everyone is invited to join as well. You have no excuse to exempt yourself from this beautiful challenge. Let me get you informed that, this is the initiative by @dswigle, Denise here on the blockchain. You have no reason why you can't be part of this great moment. It is a moment that we get ourselves introduced to the culture of many different places around the world through the various markets around the world.
I am here at a market in a town called Old Tafo in the Ashanti region of Ghana. Tafo is a small city with a great population filled with so many local people. The place has this mini-market center for the entire town where people come to shop. All commodities and foods that could be found at every market are found here in this market. From fruits, tubers, gadgets, electronics, and much other stuff.
I passed by to get some foodstuff for the weekend. It has not been so stressed as always. L only had to walk through the lanes of the market around the area where vegetables are sold. This is where l found me and cannot wait to share with my friends and families here on the blockchain. Thanks for being part of this wonderful challenge. They really had some nice baskets of tomatoes for sale. They look like the kind I use for making my spaghetti sauce at home. I love all different kinds of chilis - they really give a nice kick to my recipes.
You have a really nice shot of your yams! You know it is my favorite!! I have been learning so much about the different tubers you use there and how to prepare them. I love that about #MarketFriday! Nice bulbs of garlic and ginger! A wonderful #MarketFriday post!!! Just perfect!
