Good writing is the lifeblood of all good content marketing. But before it can be profitable and effective, writing is a process that must be mastered. This process requires good time and it's a lengthy process.Because even the best copywriters have to work hard to make a good and unique article.
According to a study by consulting firm specializing in communication training, here's how writers - good and not so good - approach web writing:

1.Plan and organize the writing (40%)
Above all, it is about identifying your audience, knowing who you are writing for, and understanding why you are writing convince, inform, inspire or educate.
Then, you will constantly nourish your writing with careful monitoring and targeted reading. It is these resources that will provide you with the information and inspiration for your articles. Many tools are at your disposal: RSS feed readers, scoop.it, Netvibes or Feedly type aggregators, Twitter feeds, etc.
You have organised and plan accordingly and at the same time. In other words, you'll take the time to think about what topics you want to cover and in what order. It's not about writing a few articles and then quitting. An editorial calendar is very useful at this point.
