Knowing that masks are not saving people from any virus I think why authorities consider them so important. The first thing coming to my mind is that they want us to look the same. Maybe to not let us hold our emotions. As business man they just need costumers who always consume what they produce without discussing.
Also wearing masks was so usual before to get the best work especially for elites. Maybe they noticed regular people being themselves and they want us to wear masks like them. It's really strange to force others to do something while you have everything you want. They are like making fun of people.
If you check the news for example, you see them always showing citizens in masks while they mostly show authorities without masks. That maybe to let people know that they don't have the choice and they just have to obey.
It's sad to see some people thinking that their authorities really care about their health. It's really sad seeing old people wearing masks in a park while they need to breath fresh air even more than before. It's also sad seeing parents forcing their kids to wear masks while they need fresh air for their normal growth.
I hope all this will finish someday and we will live free lives as before ! Let's visualize that together !
