Hello Kind Mindful Steemians!
This is just a quick post to say I am slowly returning to steemit after 4-5 months break due to some experience of life truths. I'm still trying to catch up with backlog of workload so will be coming here intermittently. Hope all is well with all steemians on and off the grid.
Despite not being active on steemit, we have been continuing to meditate together with other steemians (and non-steemians) in our virtual Meditation Hall on @naturalmedicine Discord Server twice weekly. So just sending out this friendly invite to all #steemians interested in #meditation / #mindfulness to join us for Virtual Steemit Group Meditation the Meditation Hall on @naturalmedicine Discord Server HERE.
If you would like to take a short break from day to day "DOING" things, want to stop the chattering mind for a while or just want to unwind, chill and relax why not join us in the Meditation Hall. Wonderful, kind and mindful steemians will be waiting to make you feel at home.
Interested in SGM (Steemit Group Meditation)?
We cordially invite you to Mindful Life community, which resides in the @naturalmedicine server HERE. Our #SGM (#SteemitGroupMeditation) in our virtual Meditation Hall are on:
Wednesdays 8:30 to 9:30 pm London time (30 minute session)
(10 minutes check in & brief guidance at the start if needed and 20 minutes Q & A plus chitchat after meditation if needed/interested).Saturdays 5:30 to 7:00pm London time (One hour session)

You don't have to stay whole time. You are welcome to join just guided meditation session and leave the virtual meditation hall straight after the meditation.
