This is Miriam Gomez. You might have seen me recently on The Activation Tour. I wanted to share a quick message with you....
The Freedom Cell Network is launching the 21 Day Meditation Challenge starting October 7th, that's only a week away! Our intention is to bring the Freedom Cell community together with a focus on our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being.
Change comes from within, right? So does freedom and as we dive into our internal world through deep introspection, we will find all the tools we need to take the necessary action steps towards the powerful vision we each hold of the free and thriving communities we wish to create around the world.
We will have live group meditations Oct 7, 14, 21 and 28 guided by me and other community members. Join the meditations via Jitsi right here!
Daily meditations will also be shared on the new FC 21 Day Meditation telegram group, as well as daily inspiration. This will also be an open space to share our favorite meditations, tools, support, ideas and even share your own guided meditation!
