Depression is real

Most of the time, we always tell ourself that everything is ok, and you do not need any help. You able to smile, make jokes and laugh. But in reality, you are drowning and desperately needed help from someone. But you just don't know how to reach out.

From the outside, you looked perfectly normal, you looked the same as anyone else around you. But in the inside, you are struggling, screaming and crying. Constantly overwhelm by the feeling of losing hope, drained energy and losing passion...and that feeling comes and go almost every day.

Trying to do something that you love seems impossible... If before this, playing games able to distract you from thinking negatively, but now it does not have the same effect to you.

There are times when you think the world would be a much better place without you in it. The temptation to quickly end yourself sometimes come to mind. The only thing that stopping you from ending yourself is thinking how will your family survive without you.

Unlike physical injury, depression aren't something that is visible to outside eyes. As men, we are hit harder because men are afraid and embarrassed to admit they are depressed.

I do understand that, sometimes that causes from toxic work life or colleague. We should consult maybe a close good friend ( less is more) than keep it for yourself. As I always says, sharing is caring. Don't mind the return. Share / consult your close friend, they'll know how to talk to you despite they know you more than years. The world is always a wonderful place for us. Go out and explore more is one of my method, then into photography with bunch of photographers friends. Go for it my friend, don't be afraid ❤️

It's perfectly fine to express our feelings. Know that you are not alone in this battle and that the world is better with you in it.

Dude. If you ever need a friend jus call kosong satu empat dua tigah tigah dua nam nam tigah
