For this post, I bring you my video for another model kit review. This is a review of the Polar Lights 1/1000 scale kit of the original series USS Enterprise from the TV show "Star Trek".
This kit can be assembled to represent one of the four versions of the original series USS Enterprise. You can build it as the first pilot ship, the second pilot ship, the ship as seen in the various TV show episodes, or the ship from the mirror universe episodes. There are some small differences in the details between these four versions, and all the parts and decals are included in the kit to make any one of the four versions.
This is a snap together kit, which means that you don't need glue to build it. However, with a bit of extra work and the use of glue, you can build a better looking model with tight seams where the parts go together.
