You have confirmed my suspicions. Would it be correct to say that because much of the insurmountable debt has been monetized and used as comlateral, default is often not an option, either?
The game now is to print and spend as fast as they can. This COVID-1984 scamdemic is a good start to the spending but they need to printspend 10x more. Universal Basic Income is a good way to spend LOTS of new "money" as most won't complain or understand the damage caused by this "free money".
