Notes This building is part of RMIT university and sits at the top end of Melbourne's CBD - when designed all of these disks were meant to be little solar panels which followed the sun, that of course was just a architect's fancy - in reality that are stationery glass circles, and how much sun they would have got is questionable given they are on the sides of the building and are in shade most of the day - but hey they still look cool.
