Previously this was tribal and grew over time to nations. Royalty and leaders around the world for thousands of years, had the people on their land fight for them and die. Because one side declared war does that make it not murder of the neighbour? Justified murder?
So murder of sorts has been around for quite a long time. There would also have been the murders of individuals. All kinds for all kinds of reason. Shooting stabbing choking poison and so on. All different ways people have killed one another for different reasons. Unjustified murder?
Now we have a legalized murder.
Well not we, Canadians. In Canada, a doctor can euthanize a child without the parents knowledge. He can do this if the child is depressed. This is murder!
How many times does someone hit a feeling of depression in life's journey from cradle to the grave.
Mom didn't get you what you wanted in the shop.
You didn't get what you wanted from Santa.
You broke a bone and can't do a sport anymore.
Someone stole your bike.
You don't have a bf/gf they broke yer heart.
There are a thousand other reasons why children get sad. Something they will get over. Who told anyone that life was going to be easy? The will to live is in all of us. Otherwise we would be lemmings.
What point of when a child might say they are sad. Does a doctor have the right to prescribe euthanasia? Even worse without even consultation with a parent. You could arrive home from work one day and have a message on the answer machine.
Howdy Mr/Mrs You. Your son was sad so we killed him for ye. Have a nice day. Could you please come pick up his books and other belongings by the weekend. Otherwise we will have to charge you storage space.
If the Canadian citizen does not stand up against this. If they accept this as a normality part of life. They are a bunch of sad bastards, that never experienced life to know its value.
