Musical Mood Of The Day: Instrumental Rock Guitarist Andy Timmons

in #music4 months ago

Hey, folks! Morning to each and every one of you, dudes and dudettes (so as to cite Adrian Vandenberg of Whitesnake). For today's musical mood of the day, I decided to go with a very special instrumental rock guitarist that I discovered while I was away in Denmark as a bachelor student. His name is Andy Timmons and he was one of the students of virtuoso Joe Satriani. He also studied jazz guitar at the University of Miami.

He has been active in the music industry since 1982 onwards, kickstarting his career with Danger Danger, then pursuing a solo career and occasionally performing live within G3 and G4 for several tours.

That being said, I'll conclude this brief article with two personal favourite songs from his solo discography. Enjoy and stay tuned for more! Rock on!
