Salmon fillet with Brussels sprouts and boiled potatoes and a light dill sauce .. 😋
Ingredients for 1 person:
125 grams of salmon fillet
3 medium-sized potatoes
150 g frozen Brussels sprouts
125 ml low-fat milk
2 tbsp flour for binding
Salt, pepper, dill
Cook the salmon fillet in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Just like the Brussels sprouts where I only add 1 tablespoon of water and some salt. Cook for about 15 minutes. Prepare roux for the sauce, then 125 ml low-fat milk, season with salt, pepper and dill, stir well and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Ideal for a diet. 🙂
