What did I do today?: April 22 2021

For dinner there was pollack fillet with parsley potatoes, mustard sauce and carrot salad.
There were 2 pieces of fish for each
Ingredients for 2 people
416g frozen pollack fillet
712g potatoes
396g carrots
25g sugar
2 lemons
5g frozen parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
400ml milk
40g butter
30g flour
40g mustard
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Place the pollack fillet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with olive oil and put lemon wedges on top. Put in the oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 20 minutes. After baking, season with salt and pepper.
