Today vegetarian: fried potatoes with onions and egg.
Cut 3 large raw potatoes into thin slices and fry them with a little oil over medium heat, halve a whole red onion and cut into slices, when the potatoes are turned, add the onions and season with salt, pepper and paprika hot as rose. Let fry for a few minutes. Then add a tablespoon of hot paprika pulp and mix well. After a few minutes add 4 eggs, turn down the temperature and wait until the eggs have the desired consistency.
Crispy at the bottom, super juicy at the top and the onions still have their bite 🙂
