One perk of living in Southern California is that there are a lot of dining and drink options. There are too many restaurants to try, but we try to support a lot of the local businesses.
Like many people, I enjoy an adult beverage to relax, especially when going out. I am lucky to have a couple of craft breweries within walking distance of my house, but also support many of the local craft breweries in the area. We recently picked up some brews from a brewery in Burbank (the same city we held the last place we held a meetup of the @thesocalhive community) named Lincoln Beer Company. Check out the brew:
This was a good IPA and easy to drink. It had a crisp finish and was the right mix of clean vs hazy, with a great hop flavor.
Burbank is home to TV and movie studios and rivals Hollywood in production for sure. Studio tours are pretty cool and I have been to some tapings of shows there.
