El cambur es una de las frutas tropicales muy ricas que tenemos en mi país Venezuela, aporta beneficios importantes y necesarios para la salud, ya que posee muchas vitaminas y minerales.
El cambur tiene un alto nivel de potasio, por lo que es muy consumido por los deportistas y caminadores, también puede ayudar a sobrevenir o prevenir muchas enfermedades.
En la cosmetología es un gran aliado para la embellecer la piel, ya que humecta, hidrata y atenúa la líneas de expresión.
Aquí les dejo una receta con cambur maduro muy sencilla y práctica de hacer en casa.
