Hey everyone, what is this strange contraption on our bee hives? We have just come out of Winter, a great idea in really cold areas through winter is to cover them with these geyser type blankets. What this does is helps the bees regulate temperatures inside the hive in the colder months. As the season warms up we remove these and super up.
