Bird eating my orange

in #nature4 years ago (edited)

hello Hive

I leave my fruits in the garden without nets, so the birds come to eat every now and then. We have too much so wouldn't mind sharing some with birds

The net behind is the neighbor's volleyball net. Not the net to keep birds away

There are many other birds but this one somehow isn't so afraid of humans and continue enjoying the orange while being filmed

For us humans

At least you got some nice pictures and videos and very nice of you to share with the birds

thank you bitcoinman, i used to have birds as pets, but it's much better to have wild birds that come every now and then

That's very smart get to enjoy the birds without extra commitment.

Good to see that birds are also enjoying fruit. Thanks for aharing pics and gif images

thank you kamchore, when all the trees mature we will soon have a lot more to share with the birds

I like your philosophy

Yes, thanks for sharing Djohan. Yes, a Bird will occasionally feast on a tomato, in our garden. And usually just the one tomato. I try to abide by the balance of nature. Enjoy it, Bird, but please, don't bring any friends, if you come back. And help yourself to pests, too. Insects attacking the entire plant, though, that's another issue. I try to keep the garden fair and organic. Check out this wild cabbage heart I stuck in the garden, just to see if it would grow. Didn't quite make it, wrong time of year.

thank you cve3, i have tried cabbage and brocolli but it wasn't successful, fruit trees are much easier, less effort to take care and the survive easily too

Ahem....it’s like a little vulture. You can use your silver nuggets and slingshot :-). ZIL and maybe look at KAVA as well :-)

thank you floridanow, not sure what bird this is, there are other birds but they always flyaway before i could get near for the photo. I haven't got KAVA yet, looks promising and still in low marketcap

Wow looks for orange garden. nice photography
Thanks @djohan
Have a nice day.

thank you goldcoin

That’s a really big bird with strong beck! He’s very clever as he knows how to get through the skin of the orange!

Nice oranges you have there!!
It’s a good time for altcoins!

Good luck.

thank you kaminchan, the bird came back to eat again , this time the grapefruit . Yes very strong , smaller birds cannot go through the skin, maybe they eat the leftover. Altcoins have been wild, especially the defi coins

I think you are quite well positioned!!
Don’t forget to buy me lunch with cakes and ice-cream!! LoL

Volleyball net? I know for certain you play badmin with that!

Defi is pumping nicely. I sold some Kyber holdings yday and want to buy back in when it’s cheaper. It’s stake pays in Ethereum which is awesome. I hold no Ethereum, but I get exposure to it from Kyber.

I know the ceo of Kyber worked closely with zilliqa on sharding; they are both Singaporean projects and I like how ZIL has capped supply too for scarcity.

Have a nice weekend, man.

thank you kevbot, yes, that is my neighbor's volleyball net. Yes kyber is going really high, could be lower when the hype for staking is over, but looks really good so i would hold mine, they will also burn tokens to create scarcity i think. ZIl also gaining nicely
