A Quiet and Measured Procession through Life

Apart from the fact that balance is one of my three sentences this year, balance is often used everywhere with and without need, while the concept itself is very subtle, almost elusive, and necessary.

Somehow it is accepted that balance is such a quiet and measured procession through life when everything is under control and there are enough time and resources for everything.

Well, it's common to idealize and overestimate balance. And not just balance. In life, as in general, it is better to have everything under control: work, home, health, family, children, appearance, spirituality, communication, personal brand, development, finance. To achieve this imaginary balance, all indicators must, for whatever reason, fight to the greatest extent possible.

First, when you look at it, you can see that life is an infinite process, or rather, an infinite process of infinite interconnected processes. And the process itself is a constant development and a change of conditions in this development. The change in state is rapid emotions during the day and can be quite a gradual take, for example, the aging process. In this way, not only are there increasing indicators of well-being, improvement, and success but also dramas, disappointments, fatigue, mistakes.

In other words, there is simply no balance at any time, but a balanced gap: any of its priorities, then another, and if it does not deviate, but deviates silently with pleasure, then stress becomes much less.

My proportion of this parity isn't the appraisal of "I do well all over the place", yet internal harmony itself - I, as a rule, realize where I'm going, and if there are amazes en route, I can manage it.
