I go paleo during the week, and eat whatever on the weekends; so it'll be a four day weekend full of chocolate; which I'll regret before lunch on day two.
Might even defy the 'Rona and head in to church again.

Paleo diet from my experience is worthwhile if not almost impossible unless you cook most things yourself. Sugar* addict as I am, I don't last long 😅
