I'm not really clear on why the Toronto Sun wants to get involved in American politics anyway but it seems to be the case and the Yahoo news aggregate was more than happy to feature the article why? Because it was attacking Trump of course!

I don't know what sort of publication the Toronto Sun is but based on this article alone I think I can successfully guess they are pretty hard left. I don't know anything about it. No offense to Canadians of course but we here in USA don't really pay much attention to your politics other than to occasionally laugh our asses off at the completely ridiculous comments your Prime Minister makes.

The article by the Toronto Sun was showcasing the events that took place around the United States on September the 11th which is a favorite day for politicians to pretend as though they actually care about the people that died 20 years ago while they get their pictures taken and make pot shots at whoever their political rivals are.
George W. Bush and Joe Biden, who are both part of the same political status-quo appeared at the same event in Shanksville, Pennsylvania and yes, that is a real place. It is near the site where one of the hijacked airplanes crashed in a field after the occupants of the plane apparently overpowered the terrorists.

This news publication and liberal news publications that spent 8 years saying nasty things about "Dubya" are singing his praises now as he called out the need to focus on domestic terrorism, specifically the "deadly" attack on the US Capitol on January 6th. The Toronto Sun ate this up just like everyone else did but not before they also said nasty things about how George W. Bush was wrong to go to war with Iraq and also in Afghanistan.
The Sun (if it is even called that in short) went on to attack Trump for not being at the event as if he would attend an event with two of his political enemies. They went on to attack him even further stating that he "did not attend any formal 9/11 events on Saturday."
I guess since there isn't a sign, a podium, or a hand-selected crowd of pre-screened people who are going to cheer no matter what you say, that this isn't an event that he is attending. Trump is viewed more favorably by police, fire departments, and military. Trump knows this, Biden knows this, George W knows this, and the Toronto Sun knows this.
Their attempts to paint his participation in 9/11 stuff as insignificant is despicable but they are the media, so I suppose they don't really know how to do anything else.
The Toronto Sun went on to feature various Tweets from politicians they like from around the world and the list was entirely leftists other than Queen Elizabeth, who probably didn't participate in the making of the Tweet in any way. They went on to feature a post by Trump that praised Rudy Giuliani for his involvement during the attacks on NYC so many years ago. The Toronto Sun hand chose this post from the 8 that he posted that day. They did this intentionally because it was the only one that could paint him in a negative light.
I don't know what the Toronto Sun is all about and honestly, I am not going to bother looking any further because the world already had enough completely one-sided news publications. I'm just gonna go ahead and add them to my list of the ever growing pile of media....
