Another Novichok poisoning took place in the UK over the weekend. In a statement to the press on Wednesday Britain’s counter-terrorism chief confirmed that a man and a woman had been poisoned with the deadly nerve agent sometime on Saturday June 30th just a few miles from where the Skripals were poisoned in the small British town of Amesbury, Wiltshire. Early reports have named the effected couple as Charlie Rowley, 45, and Dawn Sturgess, 44.

AMESBURY, England (Reuters) - Britain’s counter-terrorism chief said on Wednesday that two people who are critically ill in hospital in Wiltshire were exposed to the Novichok nerve agent, the same toxin that was used in an attack on ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal.
After finding both Charlie Rowley, and Dawn Sturgess on Facebook I began digging around. Scanning a handful of Dawns public posts, it wasn't long before I discovered that Dawn Sturgess had 2 sons with a man named Andy 'Hopey' Hope. Andrew Hope
Andrew Hope has worked for the UK based multinational military and cyber-tech spy firm, Qinetiq, since its creation in 2001. Starting as an Avionics Instillation Manager, he slowly worked his way up the ranks to Senior Systems Engineer.
QinetiQ was formed in 2001 after the UK government privatized one half of the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA). The other more sensitive half of the DERA was kept and maintained by the UK government and was renamed the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). It's worth noting that the only known laboratory in the UK to handle Novichok isPorton Down, which is part of dstl. QinetiQ is basically a private defense research arm of the UK government.
2 of the most notable high profile executives that have worked for QinetiQ over the years have been the ex-director of the CIA, George J. Tenet), and former US Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, Stephen Cambone.
George J. Tenet served as the head of the CIA under both Clinton and Bush administrations between 1997–2004. One of the many controversies he's been involved in was his claim that Saddam Hussein had WMDs. He moved on to become Non Executive Director of Qinetiq Group from 10/2006 to 02/2008.
In 2002 Stephen Cambone severed as the nation's first undersecretary of defense for intelligence. He lead all of the defense intelligence agencies that were controlled by the Pentagon. He had direct control over the three main intelligence gathering agencies, the National Security Agency (NSA), the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). In 2003 he helped set up the Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) and transformed it into one of the governments largest collector of domestic intelligence. He began his career at QinetiQ North America 09/2007.
One of the MSM narrative playing out at the moment is that the couple possibly became ill after fiding the device the Novichok used on the Skripals was contained in. The problem with this line of investigation, according to experts, is that the Novichok would have likely deteriorated in the 4 months since the Skripals case.
This is pure speculation from me here, but if Andrew Hope has worked for QinetiQ since its formation in 2001 it's entirely plausible that in the early days whilst the company was under the control of the ex-director of the CIA, George Tenet, Hope may have been recruited by MI6 or the CIA as a covert asset of some type. If this was the case then the close relationship between the UK government, QinetiQ, and Porton Down would make it relatively easy for Hope or his handlers to lay their hands on Novichok.
I shall speculate further and say that the CIA/Deepstate had ordered Andrew Hope to kill Sergei Skripal due to Skripals ties to Christopher Steele and the Trump dossier. Hope in turn hired his ex-partner, Dawn Sturgess, who appears to have been living in a homeless hostel at the time and struggling for money, to plant the nerve agent somewhere in Salisbury which eventually lead to the near deaths of Skripal and his daughter earlier in March this year. Maybe Dawn was worried about what she had gotten herself into and had threatened to go to the police or media to expose the lie. Maybe they were both poisoned to keep the truth from coming out. Maybe I've dug to far and connected dots where there are no connections. Whatever the reason for this recent poisoning, we can be sure whatever the MSM tell us cannot be trusted.
