Volcano eruptions on the Island of St Vincent have forced nearly 20,000 people out of their homes. Residents are not being evacuated unless they take the Covid19 Vaccination, essentially creating a two-tier society, leaving the unvaccinated stuck on the island bracing for the next big eruption.
