An equinox according to Wikipedia, is commonly regarded as the instant of time when the plane (extended indefinitely in all directions) of Earth equator passes through the center of the Sun. This occurs twice each year: around 20 march and 23 September. In other words, it is the moment at which the center of the visible Sun is directly above the Equator. Having said that, those living in my country Nigeria and other countries within the equatorial axis can attest that temperature have been very high this days. In fact, because of heat, many people no longer sleep with clothes again.
This Phenomena have been Forecast to take place in next 5 days within the countries that’s lying within equatorial axis, including most African Countries with Nigeria inclusive. During this period the temperature rises between 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). The health condition this normal cause is heart stroke resulting from dehydration. Heart stroke have no direct signs. It is always critical because it comes with fainting and Organ failure. Constantly, observe yourself for any sign of dehydration and make sure you drink more of water to keep hydrated, to stay away from this dangerous wave of heat.
