For this week's #wednesdaywalk, I decided to an extended break from work and head to nearby Winona, Minnesota, to check out a park along the Mississippi River. Winona, as some of you might know, is the birthplace of Hollywood actor Winona Ryder. It also has a history steeped in the tradition of the Native American tribe, the Dakotas, and the first-born daughter of Chief Wabasha.

I hate throwing food, fruit, and veggies in any kind of term so instead of throwing them, I forced myself to eat them all while trying hard to create some alternative recipe and can finish them well as the way they should be.

Well, I had a pretty tough start with the plants in my yard this year. I guess I planted them outside way too early. I got tricked by the weather, because when I put the plants outside it was very warm already, but after a week a pretty cold temperatures came. My plants outside barely managed to survive.

If you regularly visit my blog, I hope you are not tired of boats! We have a very short warm season here in Minnesota and I bask in all of it — the time outdoors, the trails, the wildlife, the boats and the water. Especially the boats and water. I am magnetically drawn to them!

I knew those zucchini and yellow crookneck starts were awfully small to be put out into the garden, but I did it anyway. That was on June 15th. I was gone for a few days, and the weather warmed up considerably in my absence. The little plant starts were not happy, especially the zucchini. This past Monday I decided they were mostly dead, and dubbed them Westley Zucchini. (Fans of The Princess Bride will understand the reference.)

Today I want to present you the elaboration of a sweet dish whose base is oatmeal. Pudding or oatmeal flan made with the natural ingredients selected for this occasion. The great advantages of this cereal are varied since they provide our body with different essential components, important minerals for our health and balance or also carbohydrates as well as being a source of fiber that help our body to purify.

When you feel like the world is falling apart, you don't know how to breathe and you're still alive just because you have to be alive. Lock yourself in your bubble without wanting to get out. Get depressed and believe that others are to blame for your sadness. Smile without feeling it. Let the hours go by and you don't realize that a day has gone by. Everything and much more.

The surprising form of what comes in this true story told with imaginary characters leads us to make the following inflection.Did you think they could only be fictional stories? Never imagined it was possible? You won't read anything that didn't happen, follow me and you will be surprised.

Whether you love gardening at home or do it as a profession, it can be a wellspring of activity, excitement and a way of unwinding. Most of us probably appreciate being outside and diving in the dirt, making and watching plants grow. Well, myself included.
