The Greater Vancouver area encompasses several cities, including New Westminster, which I previously wrote about (see part 1, 2, and 3). Another sister city, and one that is imprinted in my neuro-geographical history, is called Port Coquitlam. Nestled on the confluence of the Fraser and Pitt rivers, PoCo is about a forty minute drive east of Vancouver. As you drive there, the area becomes more rugged. Small mountains have been stripped clean and dense suburban neighbourhoods have sprouted. Downtown Poco is on level ground and hosts a population of nearly 58,000 residents. The city has retained some of the old charm of small town BC, but it has changed a lot since I lived there 15 or so years ago.

Last time, the players dealt with Damaris Shadowblade, the assassin hired to terminate them. This time around, they start to become involved in some of the politics of the world of Argull.Argull is actually a very political setting, with power struggles both within nations and between them, and a lot of complex intrigue (and sometimes outright violence) going on. Most of the conflict players get involved in is collateral damage from much larger issues going on in the background.

Composer extraordinaire, leading movers of the impressionist style of music(although much like Debussy, he hated that tittle), not a good enough pianist(much like myself), and father of all things "holy shit this music is unbelievably beautiful!"

Few weeks ago we completed a church function which was tagged Children's Service. It is a yearly program where children are given a few days to go to a children's camp free of charge. There they are fed and are taught how to live as children, basic skills, games and they display varieties of performances. At the end of the event, they go home with gifts such as writing material for the new academic session.

Today I show you how to make some pretty easy daisies with foami. Daisies are my favorite flowers, I love having different types of flowers and plants at home, you can say that I am the plant girl, with my grandmother we have conversations about: our new plants, how to take care of them, when water them etc… it is a theme that we have in common whenever we see each other, she gives me flowers and I give her. Returning to the topic: I had a lot of fun making each of the flowers, I find it very relaxing and ideal to make them while you talk accompanied by another person. They are very simple to make and consist of few materials or with the option of replacing them with others.

Today I will take you for a walk to the most well known market in Jerusalem, Mahane Yehuda Market. It's a place where everyone goes to buy especially food. That's right, like so many other markets in Israel, the Yehuda Market specializes in offering all kinds of food.

Often when we leave friends at the end of the evening, everyone books an Uber or heads to the nearest subway station. Generally, whether we are 700 meters or 7km away, for us it doesn't make much difference and we walk home :)Today we walked from the North to the South of the city, from Montmartre to the boulevard Raspail above the Jardins du Luxembourg, all following a vertical and quite straight trajectory. I don't know the whole city, but I clearly explored 60 to 70% of the city and most of the time, I didn't need a GPS, it's still more pleasant to walk without thinking too much or looking at the screen !

One of the worst things about getting sick is the idea that you cannot go outside for days. And last week has been challenging for me since I have a lot on my table, from side hustles to work, yet I fell sick. I got a cold and flu for days and then recently suffered from cough and asthma. During those days, I only thought of getting enough rest and not pushing myself too much.

I know it's hard to be just yourself that others might love for who you are. It is not simple to live like that; we want to be loved and accepted because we are just human. So in return, we feel that we need to force ourselves to push ourselves a little harder to be something we are not.
