OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 981st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

I'm getting back on my suedo-keto diet tomorrow. Let's just say it's been a very festive time, nutritionally speaking, in the past few weeks and things need to be brought back to balance. To celebrate this transition, and to end the festive period with a bang, I had some very high carb west African food. I won't be "allowed" this meal during my self-imposed readjustment because of the seriously high amount of carbohydrates it packs.

Here in Cuba, unfortunately, the economic situation is so chaotic that it is impossible to make any plan of our financial resources, so the only thing I have in plan is to work and make a great effort to overcome the obstacles to achieve our dreams and goals. Regardless of my work, to continue to grow in Hive, which besides helping us to be better and to see life with many nuances, it is also an economic contribution that helps us in our arduous battle and economic tensions. As for spending time with family and friends, I do have many plans.

One of the things that you encounter from time to time when you live in an area that gets harsh winters, is one that starts out mild! That is certainly the case for us this year where we live, the winter hasn't been that difficult yet though we've had some really cold days but for the most part, we can't complain too much! I enjoy all of the different types of weather myself, from the cold to the really hot, for different reasons. What is nice though is when you expect it to be cold but it turns out to be very mild where you can walk around barefoot on the beach!

But boy, do I love to make a mess when I bake. I get covered in flour and I like to get my hands full of dough when I make bread...because good bread needs a LOT of kneading. If you skimp on the kneading, your bread will suck. I've become quite a master at baking bread and have made many a loaf that melted in my mouth with butter to boot. It gives me a big kick when that bread that you baked with love makes your whole house smell divine, homely and welcoming. There's a reason that estate agents recommend baking bread or cookies in your oven before having a house showing and I'm almost sure that it sealed the deal on the first house that I sold at full asking price. Tricks of the trade.

Today I want to share with you a quick and easy recipe that I learned some time ago. It is an ideal omelet to complement a light lunch. While I was preparing it, I realized that my omelet looked like a pizza. And yes, it is delicious.

After reading that my mind created a scene of a girl about 7-8 years old in that scenario surrounded by beautiful Kashful flowers. I could see her taking one and blowing the seeds away making a wish. Then I could see her in her adult life living what she wished for. And a thought came to my mind: "if she is certain that she will get what she wishes for, she is not going to be impatient. She is just gonna go with the flow of life while her wishes will make true in the right moment for her unique path."
