Hi friends,
Welcome to another edition of ‘visualize and verbalize’.
Do you know that people will eventually perceive you the way you see yourself?
I had this roommate in college who i didn't think was good looking, that was my perspective though! But every morning, I watched my friend look into the mirror and she told herself how beautiful she is. At first I thought it was just a bluff. Lol But I noticed that after several months of living with her, my perception began to change. I started to see beauty in her and each time I looked at her, I saw a beautiful lady. I believe everything changed because of the way she saw herself and the words she spoke to herself.
The moral of this story is that you should keep speaking your convictions regardless of people’s opinions. With time everything will begin to adjust in the direction of your words. And you do not only become what you say, people will also perceive you differently because the universe agrees with your words.
Today’s affirmation speaks to my health because I want to live healthy and sound in 2021. So I'm going to create and sound health with my words.
Here is my affirmation for today;
Today, I speak life over my body, I speak health to my organs, bones and marrow. I rebuke sickness and every form of ailment. The Spirit of God quickens my body and I live in wholeness all the days of my life. Amen.
