While I'm thinking about it:
Luis may be overdriving his microphone...
- I mention it because it came up for me the other day, for 2 reasons
a) Skype, if you have ever installed it on your computer, has a setting to make the mic auto-set for gain, and it can affect other programs (hangouts for example), so open Skype and make sure this check box is OFF - I was not running skype at the time; but it sets your machine and SKYP doesn't have to be running to have this set for the machine globally
b) Whatever app you are using (zoom), set the mic gain a little less and see if some of the echo chamber effect goes away
