Despite the beauty that surrounded him, Poseidon was not a graceful god: he had a beard and hair that made him look older and his skin reminded the fish by its color and viscosity. For this reason, when the god of the seas fell in love with the nymph Anfititre, the beautiful girl refused to marry him. Filled with regret, Poseidon sent one of his charming dolphins, who ended up convincing the young woman to be his wife and also the queen of the seas. Despite her great love for Anfititre, Pseidon had romances with other women, especially with nymphs from springs and fountains; also always had amazing children, such as the one-eyed cyclope called Polyphemus or the famous horse with wings called Pegasus.

Poseidon was another brother of Zeus, he ruled with his trident the waters of the sea and used to travel their domains in a lavish cart that surrounded the dolphins, who jumped to flatter the god. Poseidon corresponds to the Neptune of the Romans.

Sometimes I use the gouache to distract myself, this week I dedicate myself to the study of muscles of the back and what better way than to train it with this exercise. :)
