Angry, resentful and bitter
Over every issue they support
Feelings cold like winter
When the other side is involved
Be it race or religion
They want us polarized
Whether values or migration
They want us localized
But imagine we refuse
And think for ourselves
Imagine we resist
No longer slaves to politics
They'll break I tell ya
We'll finally be in charge
That'll be the true change
Not what they give us
Our enemy isn't a person
Or even an ideology
It is desperate power seekers
Who'll simply stop at nothing
They feed on us. When we take away this food, when we ignore them, when we listen to ourselves, that will be their end.
