BIENVENIDOS !!

WELCOME !!

Greetings dear community, when you walk in an intact forest, where there was no human interference, you see very lush green, a lot of plant sprouting, but you also find fallen trees, decaying logs, rotten leaves, and at every step, decaying matter. Wherever you look, you will find life and death. If you pay more attention, you will discover that the decomposed tree trunk and rotting leaves not only give rise to new life, but are full of life.

There are microorganisms in action, the molecules are reorganizing. Therefore, there is no death anywhere in this forest, there is only transformation of life. What can you learn from this? Learn that death is not the opposite of life. Life has no opposite. The opposite of death is birth. Life is eternal. When you admit and accept the fleeting and transient nature of all life forms, a strange sense of peace comes over you.

By facing death head-on, your consciousness is freed to some extent from identification with the physical form. That is why the monks of some Buddhist traditions often meditate in the morgue, in the midst of the bodies of the dead. Western culture still widely denies death. Even older people seek not to speak or think about death, and the bodies of the dead are kept at a distance.

A culture that denies death inevitably becomes superficial, concerned only with the appearance of things. When death is denied, life loses its depth.
