Estoy de vueltaaaa y para quedarme!

Hellooooo Fivers!

Hellooooo Fivers! How are they? I have been super lost, but it is that I started my clinical rotation and well I did not have time, for those who did not know, I am a medical student already in my 7th semester of 12, anyway I am more adapted and taking time for the things that I like.

I want to make a count of all these days, but I think it will take me several posts!

I start by telling you that my current rotation is Pediatrics, which consists of 5 services, Medical Pediatrics, Surgical Pediatrics, Emergency, Reten and Maternity

Pediatrics Medica was my first rotation, I was super lost but attentive and trying to absorb everything in the first week, because there is nothing worse than feeling out of place.

Super grateful to the residents who welcomed us, so much so that we still maintain contact and friendship.

Well, in this service we basically learn the pathologies of children who are stable, hospitalized but stable, either to comply with treatment or to continue studying.
We started in November and ended in December, to move on to the surgical pediatric part.

The truth is that the practical part of medicine is not so simple, less living in a third world country and in the middle of a pandemic, but more can love for medicine.

Nos vemos pronto!
