Saludos, hoy les mostrare como preparar un arroz con leche, su elaboración es muy sencilla. Usaremos una taza de arroz, 2 tazas de azúcar, una taza de leche en polvo, 1 litro de agua, la cascara de un limón, canela para decorar y aromatizar.

En una olla colocamos el arroz, la mitad del agua y la canela para ir aromatizando, dejamos hervir.

En una licuadora se coloca el resto del agua y la leche para luego procesar.

Luego se incorpora la leche a la olla, seguidamente se le coloca el azúcar y la cascara de limón, se deja a fuego medio hasta que el arroz este suave.

Cuando se reduzca se apaga el fuego y se deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Es una preparación es súper rica y sencilla, existen muchas versiones de esta receta, algunos le colocan una lata de leche condensada, otros preparan un caramelo con el azúcar para darle color, esta versión que preare es la más económica espero la puedan disfrutar.
