This past summer I had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Montreal.
Amazing City!!
Montreal was established in 1642. Located in the province of Quebec, Canada.
Montreal is the second biggest city in Canada for population.
You will find French Canadians are the majority in Montreal but don't worry if you don't speak French as most in Montreal speak English as well.
I visited Montreal last August with my wife and would highly suggest to visit this wonderful city. Now we were there in August so it was nice and warm but the winters can be very cold with lots of snow so keep that in mind if you plan to visit in the colder months.
The Culture In Montreal Is Amazing
There are so many things to do and see in Montreal I can't list them all but the two things you Must do is to visit China Town and Old Montreal! Oh and of course find an authentic Montreal smoked meat shop. Very Tasty!!
China Town
This was cool! One of the biggest china towns in Canada. Lots of shops and excellent restaurant's.
Old Montreal
When in Montreal you absolutely have to see Old Montreal.
The original settlement in Montreal was founded in 1642. Very cool to see the old buildings and roads. It's very touristy but cool indeed to visit.
It almost felt like being in Europe! even though I have never been to Europe. lol
You will find lots of unique shops and all the restaurant's you can imagine.
The nightlife is very vibrant as well in Montreal. The art district is wonderful.
And the waterfront offers all kinds of fun for the family.
Lots to do. There's rides, zip lining, food, shops etc. Fun for the whole family. Also there are lots of parks around Montreal to enjoy!

I spent a week in Montreal about 20 years ago. Lovely city in the summertime, but I could never survive a Canadian winter! !BBH

Thanks for sharing your Montreal vacation. It definitely looks like an interesting city to visit. You got some very nice pics of your adventure. Sounds like one would need to spend at least a week there to see the city. Or go more than once for a few days at a time.
