My image I am posting I call,
"ICU" - I See You
(*Anybody remember that one?)

I got to that name as first it was to be an "ICandi" Image, then I was going with "I See", finally I landed on "ICU"!
😊😂😊

I started with this image I took this morning at the Marina.

At this phase I used a Sphere over the image, then stretched and used some Concentric circles. Then I used a 3D Mirror to "Step" the circles.

Then I Blended the Center. I also added a Two Phase color fade over the image. Also at this stage I Smoothed the image to the point of a mild "Blur".

At this phase I Stepped the edges, Added the background Flair, and cut a hole in the Center, And adjusted Color.

Finally I added the Lighting effects, pulled the image back about, Vignette on the corners and done!

Here is the Line Art!
Lots of shading, but I think this could be a good choice especially if You like to do a little on Your own.
