We can see many people who worried to much on everything they do. That is why sometimes worrying too much or overthinking something could result to a non productive person. It may involved in work that you do or activities that you are working on.
There are also instances that it will be on positive effects, like planning something ahead of every decisions that you will committing which may have a high percentage of success rate. Sorting something out before any problem could be worsen, is another positive effects that we can look into on overthinking side.

I am thinking that doing this frequently could result something bad into your health. It can result deterioration of some cells in your body that could possibly results to downgrading of immune system, which you may be prone to sickness and other unhealthy diseases.
Try to minimize them and use them only if necessary. Keep in mind that our health is the most important and that we should treasure them. We should not let them be flawed by our negative actions.

Im an over planner and over stresser. When I was younger I lived more for the day but that seems tougher to do nowadays.
yes, you are right, it is really stressful. Previous generations do have a more relax environment which makes it a less stressful than we are experiencing today.
