Despite really not achieving many of my goals as of late, I have tried my best to remain active. Unfortunately, the activity has been moderate at best as my time has been limited to walking at most. I have already felt the impact of reducing the intensity of my workouts from both a fitness and physical perspective. My focus will now become creating a base to recover from which will probably take a month. My hope is to get back on track and set a strong foundation for the rest of 2020 for a strong 2021.
The @actifit app remains the one thing that keeps me engage with both my fitness and the social blockchains I participate in. While it has also been impacted by my reduction in activity, it at least keeps me coming back in the short term as it is a good way to track my progress. I know I am missing out on plenty that the community is doing because of my lack of time to engage, but at least it remains a way to keep me posting which is valuable for me at the moment.
