Pennsif's Sustainability Curation Digest for MSP - week ending 8 March 2020

in #palnet4 years ago

What a week in the world of Steem and the world at large.

The drama of Steem has been all engrossing, but as a fully paid-up prepper I now need to turn my attention to the more daunting threat that the Corona Virus poses.

We have good stocks of most things, and I am looking forward to getting the garden growing again in the coming weeks.

With the polytunnel we've already got some overwintered brassicas and chard ready to harvest, and our chicken gives an egg every other day so we won't go hungry!

Back to the garden tomorrow but in the meantime here are five more great sustainability related posts on Steem...

My Sustainability Five Picks of the Week...

The First Seed Starting of 2020 – March 4, 2020 by @goldenoakfarm

Garden Update - Potato and Onion shopping for the 2020 season - 3/3/2020 by @florio

Environment First - 6 Curb Recycling Finds Salvaged & Sold For $644 (38 Pounds Saved) by @steemmatt

Starting Seeds/Cuttings in Arborist Woodchip Compost Hydroponic Aquaponic Sub-irrigation Wicking bed by @beauti4

Back To Basics... Making Vanilla Whipped Cream by @artedellavita

The Minnow Support Project has multiple curators that pick five posts from under-valued minnows each week to highlight through MSP3k. This way MSP and PAL can promote new writers and content creators on Steemit, and in effect reward them for doing a superior job.
