I do not vote on comments because in most cases my vote is lost. For me and the writer unless the writer has @dustsweeper or @dustbunny to take care of the dust.
I want to reward the writer not Steemit inc/whales. Instead of rewarding the comment I go to a post and vote that instead.
Yes, that takes extra time but it is worth it.
P.s. The tips are written for newbies/small fishes and their vote is not worth much yet.
