Libel is printing a false accusation of a crime, as in stating on an immutable blockchain that someone made threats and encouraged self harm when it is clear that no threats or recommendations to self harm were made on that thread.

Insults are awful, but they are not threats and they are not libel.

Also, I hope you will seriously consider the meaning of those words as well as the phrase "hate speech" before using them in an appeal to authority to shut people down. "Hate speech" has become nothing more than a euphemism for "wrongthink" and a tool for the powerful to shut down aberrant thought. Each time you encourage censorship to stop yourself from feeling uncomfortable or to avoid dealing with unpleasant people yourself, you make it that much easier for these technologies to be misused.

I'm having problems with my partiko app - I broke my android phone so am using a different one now, I re installed the app but when I try to login using steemconnect it doesn't actually load,, the progress circle just keeps spinning...can you help me please?
