This is one of my entries in to the joint contest currently being run by @erikah and @photocircle. This is number THREE, I hope to do all seven categories! Thanks to @eoj for encouraging me to participate!
I've been living in Bangkok for three years now and my husband has been here for five years. We've explored some towns outside Bangkok and also know much of our neighborhood. Last long weekend, we decided to have a stay-cation in the city but outside our normal bubble. We stayed near Talat Noi, which is known as one of the oldest neighborhoods in Bangkok, near Old China Town. In the morning when the sun is more forgiving, we roamed around the empty streets and saw some old spare parts being sold in outside of an old chinese store. The rustic feel, the uneveness, and the colors blended so well that it caught my eye - I saw a beautiful piece of art.
Thanks again to @erikah and @photocircle for running the contest!
